DutchTutor.com works best in the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher and Google Chrome. If you have an older version of above browsers we advise you to download the Firefox 3 browser from Mozilla or Google Chrome for Free.

2. How do I enable Javascript in my browser

 

Your need to have Javascript enabled in your browser to have access to all our lessons.
To enable Javascript in your browser please do the following:
 

Internet Explorer 7

1. Click the Tools menu.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Custom Level button.
5. Scroll down until you see the 'Scripting' section. Select the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting.'
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Yes button in the confirmation window.

Firefox 3

1. Click the Tools menu.
2. Select Options.
3. Click the Contents tab.
4. Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
5. Click the OK button.

3. Sometimes when I push a button the site works a little slow ?

 

Just refresh the page by clicking on the refresh button on your browser.

 

4. How can I pay with iDEAL

You can only use iDEAL if you have an internet banking account with the following Dutch banks: ABN-AMRO, ING/Postbank, Rabobank, SNS Bank or Fortis Bank.

 

1)Click on the "Order now" button at the bottom of this page and you will be transferred to our "Sign-up" page.

2) Complete the "Sign-up" form and click on "Submit".

3) You will automatically receive an e-mail message containing a link to our authentication page to enter a verification code.

4) Check your e-mail and click on the verification link provided. You will be forwarded to our verification page.

5) Fill in the verification code displayed on the verification page and click on "Submit".

6) Now you can log in using your login id and password.

7) After first time log in to your "member page" you are invited to arrange your payment.

8) Click on the "iDEAL" logo and than select your bank.

9) You will be automatically linked to your own secure banking page for internet banking.

10) You will be asked by your bank to login to Internet banking where the payment order qill be ready.

11) The amount of your payment will be immediately written off and you will be automatically linked to your own DutchTutor member page where a confirmation of your payment will be placed and the hours you purchased for access to all lessons.

12) In your "member page" you will then also see the number of hours of access to the lessons.

13) You can now access the lessons by clicking on the lessonpage of your language below on your "member page".

5. Why is "Mollie BV" mentioned with the iDEAL payment

 

Our iDEAL payments are processed by Mollie BV. Mollie BV Internet payment services (online checkout). You can find more information about

6. How can I pay with PayPal

 

If you do not have a PayPal account, you first have to register at Paypal. Best is to register with PayPal first before you place an order. After the one-time registration with PayPal, you can at any time use your PayPal account to pay for on-line orders via the Internet.To register for a PayPal account click here: www.paypal.com

7. How can I order 20 extra hours

 

You can always order extra 20 hours by clicking on the "Payment" tab in your "member page" after login. On the "Payment" page click on

the Paypal logo or the iDEAL logo to process your payment. Your payment will indicate "DutchTutor - 20 extra hours" and the amount of

9 Euro for the cost of 20 additional hours.
