Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the service then please contact and let us know.

If we are unable to rectify any problems to your complete satisfaction then we will either credit additional time to your membership or refund your membership fee subject to the following conditions.

We will issue a full refund under the following circumstances:
1.) The members account is experiencing technical problems.
2.) Otherwise: Once you signed up for our course by applying for a username and password and after you settled the required payment there is no right for a refund whatsoever. The buyer is not entitled to a refund if the above requirements are met and the ordered and paid product is delivered to the buyer.
3.) Also there are no partial refunds for unused time.

We do NOT automatically re-bill your membership.
